A Household Travel Survey provides information about local travel patterns and needs. They help state and local transportation modelers make decisions about transportation projects that impact you and your community. Each household can earn up to $100 in gift cards for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Visa, and more. You'll get $20 per household member using our app and $5 for each non-app user. All members must provide travel information to qualify.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) are partnering with ETC Institute to conduct a household travel survey of 12,000 households in twelve counties (Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, and Wise).

Household Travel Surveys are different than other surveys. These surveys make real changes where you live. Your input will improve the lives of the people you care about AND you get *paid for that input!

TxDOT has contracted with ETC Institute and their household travel division known as the "American Travel Survey" to administer this survey.

The results will be used by TxDOT and local officials to plan future transportation improvements in the area.
